List price = cost × (1 + margin markup) × (1 + PRO markup): a PRO customer (list − PRO %) still leaves the desired margin. Markup = cost + exactly that %, Double = cost × 2, Manual = type the vendor MSRP / price list. The "Special rule" column is shown when that prefix is chosen.
